近年来,大板、一模三板、滑模、框架轻板和升板等新的结构形式、施工方法得到很大发展,为住宅建设开创了新的局面。其中,以大板采用最为广泛。但是,目前各地的大板住宅,大多沿用砖混结构的平面布置,以至构件类型和规格比较多,只起到了墙体改革的作用,没有充分发挥大板建筑的特点。同时,由于构件较重,对吊装、运输设备要求较高,一些中小城市不便推广。针对上述问题,并考虑到近年来各种轻质墙板的发展,笔者提出大板长楼板住宅的设想方案(图1),试图从改变现行构件类型入手,促进
In recent years, new structural forms and construction methods such as large slabs, one mold, three slabs, slipforms, frame panels, and risers have been greatly developed, creating a new situation for residential construction. Among them, the most widely used is a large board. However, most of the large-scale residential buildings in the area currently use the layout of the brick-concrete structure, as well as the types and sizes of components, which only play the role of wall reform and do not fully exploit the characteristics of large-scale buildings. At the same time, due to the heavier components, the requirements for hoisting and transportation equipment are high, and some small and medium-sized cities are inconvenient to promote. In response to the above problems, and taking into account the development of various lightweight wallboards in recent years, the author proposes a scheme for long slab floor residences on large slabs (Figure 1), and attempts to promote the change from the current ones.
