随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对精神文化方面的需求也越来越多,群众文化活动是满足和丰富人民群众精神生活而开展的社会文化活动,因此,组织和开展内容丰富、形式多样的文化活动,充实人们的业余生活,成为了基层文化工作者首要的任务。本文分析了当前基层群众文化活动开展过程中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了一些促进群众文化活动有效开展的措施,希望能够为广大同仁提供一些工作借鉴,促进我国的群众文化建设事业的进一步发展。
