采用增益开关激光器作光源,利用色散补偿光纤对超短光脉冲进行了压缩。利用光纤延时的办法得到了8×2.5Gbit/s的OTDM信号。采用高Q电滤器滤波的方式成功地从8×2.5Gbit/s的光信号中提取出了2.5GHz的电时钟信号。提取出的电时钟抖动量小于1%。
The gain switching laser is used as the light source, and the ultrashort optical pulse is compressed by the dispersion compensation fiber. The OTDM signal of 8 × 2.5Gbit / s is obtained by means of fiber delay. The high-Q filter was used to successfully extract the 2.5GHz electrical clock signal from the 8 × 2.5Gbit / s optical signal. The extracted electric clock jitter is less than 1%.
