在园艺作物中,以柔嫩多汁的果实为产品器官的种类很多。这些果实在发育与成熟过程中,不仅有一系列的内部形态的变化,同时也有一系列的生理及物质转化的过程。认识果实在这方面的变化与过程,不仅有助于延长新鲜果实供应时期与增进果实的品质,而且可为优良的栽培技术与果实貯藏包装技术提供理论基础。近十余年来,在运用新的化学药剂,现代的包装技术及利用控制空气貯藏等方面,有很大的发展。过去不容易貯藏及运输的果实或容易变质的果实,现在都可以安全地貯藏与运输了。这是园艺科学上的一个大进展。
In horticultural crops, there are many types of organs that are made of soft juicy fruits. During the development and maturation of these fruits, they not only have a series of internal morphological changes, but also a series of physiological and material transformation processes. Recognizing the changes and processes of fruit in this respect not only helps to extend the supply period of fresh fruits and enhance the quality of fruits, but also provides a theoretical basis for excellent cultivation techniques and fruit storage and packaging technologies. In the past decade or so, there has been a great development in the use of new chemical agents, modern packaging technology and the use of controlled-air storage. Fruits that were not easily stored and transported in the past or that were perishable could now be stored and transported safely. This is a big advance in horticulture science.
