在训练中要想确定游泳运动员的最适训练强度,使训练不致超过运动员的应激能力和适应能力的限发,往往是一件重要而又困难的工作。 最近几年,已有不少教练员仿效东德的做法,应用血液检验来指导安排游泳运动员的训练。希望通过血液检查发现贫血、感染、过度训练和慢性疲劳。这些检查有助于了解运动员的一般身体状况和训练情况,特别是对那些在训练中出现问题并发生了疲劳症状的运动员。如果发现异常情况,就可以及时调整膳食、训练和体息。 评价过度训练最常用的血液指标有以下几种:(1)红血球(RBG)大小、形状和计数;(2)
