随着采矿工业的发展,我国采用的多绳矿井提升机越来越多,在多绳提升中,各钢丝绳间张力差过大,影响提升安全。《煤矿安全规程》(以下简称《规程》)第372条规定“多绳提升装置任一根提升钢丝绳的张力同平均张力之差不得超过±10%”。《规程》执行说明第81条对多绳提升装置钢丝绳张力差的测定还明确指出:提升钢丝绳的张力,应在提升容器到达井口卸载位置时,用测力器测定。但我国煤矿多绳提升机的悬挂装置目前多采用煤炭工业部标准设计的 XJ 型悬挂装置,该装置上没有测力器,不能测定
