采用分步初湿浸渍法制备了K Sn Pd/SiO2 催化剂 ,研究了该催化剂对甲苯乙酰氧基化反应制乙酸苄酯的催化活性 .发现锡氧化物和乙酸钾对催化剂活性有很大的促进作用 ,而氯离子对催化剂活性有抑制作用 ,PdCl2 和锡氧化物的负载顺序对催化剂的活性有显著的影响 .在先负载PdCl2 再负载锡氧化物所得的K Sn Pd/SiO2 催化剂上 ,当反应温度为 4 5 3K ,混合原料气空速为 1 6 34h-1 时 ,甲苯的转化率达到 8 0 0 % ,乙酸苄酯的选择性为 84 % .
The K Sn Pd / SiO2 catalyst was prepared by a step-wise incipient wetness impregnation method, and the catalytic activity of the catalyst for the acetoxylation of benzyl acetate was studied. It was found that the catalytic activity of tin oxide and potassium acetate was greatly enhanced , While the chloride ion has an inhibitory effect on the catalyst activity, and the loading order of PdCl2 and tin oxide has a significant influence on the activity of the catalyst. On the K Sn Pd / SiO2 catalyst obtained by first loading the PdCl2 re-loaded tin oxide, At a temperature of 453K and a mixed feed gas space velocity of 1 6 34h-1, toluene conversion reached 800% and the selectivity of benzyl acetate was 84%.
