研究分析了目前常用安全阀公称流量特性测试技术及方法,针对其存在的重复性差、有效测试时间短等局限性,对关键元件进行了选型计算,改进了蓄能器式测试装置液压系统,实现了高压、大流量液体的可控输出,提高了有效测试时间及输出的稳定性,并介绍了数据采集软件的设计与实现。试验结果表明,该方法可直接测量安全阀公称流量溢流时的溢流压力及流量,并可打印输出,具有操作简单,界面人性化等特点。
Research and analysis of the commonly used safety valve nominal flow characteristics of the test techniques and methods for its existing poor repeatability, the effective test time is short and other limitations, the key components were selected and calculated to improve the accumulator test device hydraulic system, The controllable output of high pressure and high flow rate liquid is realized, the effective test time and output stability are improved, and the design and implementation of data acquisition software are introduced. The test results show that the method can directly measure the relief pressure and flow when the relief valve nominal flow overflows, and can print the output. The method has the advantages of simple operation and user-friendly interface.
