一、前言丹阳市丝绸印染厂地处风景区,是丹阳市耗能大户,年耗标煤3600t,主要耗能设备是两台6.5t/h的锅炉,一台是连云港压力容器制造厂生产的SZP6.5-13抛煤机手摇炉,一台是武汉工业锅炉厂生产的SHL6.5-13双锅简横置式链条炉。工厂用汽量变化较大,特别在冬季,气温低,采用SZP6.5-13锅炉虽能适应需要,但是工厂排烟黑度不符合国家风景区1级标准。另外,烟气粉尘较大(>400mg/m~3)。针对这些问题,我厂对环境污染进行了治理。二、污染的治理经过讨论,我厂采用了强化燃烧来治理污染。针对锅炉SZP6.5-13的实际情况,我们将原来应该采用而未采用的鼓风机(流量Q_(max)=138m~3/h)装上,将风以45度角鼓向风室,减少炉排面上风力的不均匀。布置二次高压风,使烟气在炉拱出口处形成一次“S”形流,在炉膛出
