近三年来,上海市第十中学坚持以学生发展为出发点和归宿,追求每个学生的最好发展。该校以“做最好的自己”为核心办学理念,以促进学生自主发展的《上海市第十中学课程建设方案》和《学习自主、道德自律、人格自尊》德育运行的操作体系为抓手。经历不懈的努力,上海市第十中学建立和完善了学校“自主教育”德育运行的操作体系和“自主发展”的课程建设方案。本期我们刊载该校相关经验与做法,以飨读者。
In the recent three years, Shanghai No.10 Middle School has persisted in taking students' development as the starting point and destination and pursued the best development for each student. The school “to be the best of their own” as the core school philosophy to promote student self-development “Shanghai tenth high school curriculum programs” and “learning autonomy, moral self-discipline, personality self-esteem,” moral education operation system for Handle.
