自2003年启动校本课程开发以来,我校始终围绕促进学生的个性发展这一目标,依托学校、家庭及社会各种资源,开发并形成了具有自身特色的校本课程体系,彰显了学校特色,促进了学生的个性发展。一、重视个性,加强校本课程开发的领导一是学校领导高度重视校本课程的建设工作,始终把校本课程建设作为教学工作的重要组成部分,将其纳入了学校的发展规划和教学计划。二是成立了以校长为组长的领导小组和校本课程开发研究小组,每学期初都召开专门的工作会议研究校
