在社会经济不断发展的过程中,各行各业针对人才的需要也越来越强烈,而作为人才教育的高校来说,则成为了当下社会应用型人才的主要输送基地。为了应对这样的发展趋势,我国的高校教育教学工作,就必须在教学内容和教育方法上加以改革;以培养学生的综合能力为导向,加强其职业技能的培养,提升就业竞争力。本文主要针对高师舞蹈课堂教学进行分析,研究该怎样在日常的教学活动中,对学生进行职业能力的培养。
In the process of continuous social and economic development, the demand for talent in all trades and professions is also getting stronger and stronger, and as a university for talent education, it has become the main transportation base for the present-day social-type talents. In order to cope with this trend of development, the education and teaching work of colleges and universities in our country must be reformed on the content of teaching and educational methods. In order to train students’ overall abilities, we should strengthen their vocational skills training and enhance the competitiveness of employment. This article mainly analyzes the teaching of dance classes in higher normal colleges and studies how to train students’ professional competence in daily teaching activities.
