双丝双弧埋弧焊用于钢结构焊接BOX箱形以及H型钢的生产制作中,可以大幅度提高生产效率。结合实际生产过程,简述双丝双弧埋弧焊接方法和特点,分析研究埋弧双丝双弧焊工艺中影响其焊接质量的因素,包括焊接参数(电流、电压、焊速、极性)以及焊接工艺条件(焊接辅材的选择、双丝的间隔距离以及焊丝的倾角)等,提供了生产重工热处理工部箱形梁时,应用双丝双弧共熔池的焊接工艺方法,与适当的焊丝、焊剂匹配及选用恰当的焊接参数,提高了熔敷率和焊接速度,焊缝内在质量符合要求,外观良好,焊接效率高。
