湿碾矿渣混凝土砌块的生产基本上与湿碾矿渣混凝土相同。不同的只是砌块要求的强度较低(100号),因而在生产中提高产量和降低成本是最主要的问题。为此,我们采取了利用重矿渣作骨料、用炼钢废石灰作激发剂、缩短蒸汽养护的恒温时间等措施,通过反复试验,逐步改进生产工艺,在生产中既保证了砌块质量,又达到了砌块的生产成本比当地红砖低的指标。现将我们摸索到的一些经验,介绍于下。
The production of wet slag concrete blocks is basically the same as wet slag concrete. The only difference is that the required strength of the block is relatively low (No. 100), thus increasing the production and reducing the cost in production is the most important issue. To this end, we have taken measures such as using heavy slag as aggregate, using steel lime as an activator, and shortening the constant temperature of steam curing. Through trial and error, we have gradually improved the production process and ensured the quality of the blocks in production. It also achieved a lower production cost of the block than the local red brick. Here are some of the experiences we have explored.
