本文研究了用国产930型荧光光度计监测强力霉素血药浓度和生物利用度的可能性。实验是在用日立(Hitachi)650-60荧光分光光度仪作为对比条件下,对7名受试音口服强力霉素进行血药浓度测定。两种仪器的测定结果经t检验表明,用930型荧光光度计测得血药浓度经校正后,由两种仪器血药浓度数据测得Tm、Cm、AUC、Ka、β、t_(1/2),均无显著差异。因此认为国产价廉的930型荧光光度计可供基层医院开展四环素类药物的血药浓度监测,并可能成为更广泛使用的监测仪器。
This article studies the possibility of monitoring the plasma concentration and bioavailability of doxycycline with a domestic 930 fluorometer. The experiment was performed on a Hitachi 650-60 fluorescence spectrophotometer as a control, and seven subjects were tested for oral plasma concentrations of doxycycline. The results of the two instruments by t test showed that after the blood concentration was measured by the 930 fluorophotometer, the values of Tm, Cm, AUC, Ka, β, t_ (1 / 2), no significant difference. Therefore, the domestic low-cost 930-type fluorometer for primary hospitals to carry out tetracyclines blood drug concentration monitoring, and may become more widely used monitoring instruments.
