多药耐药(MDR)是肿瘤化疗中的一个重要问题,也是临床治疗失败的重要因素,其机制之一是ABC转运体的过度表达。ABC转运体在多种肿瘤细胞中均有广泛表达,目前已发现部分ABC转运体通过药物外排泵的作用外排多种抗癌药物,降低了抗癌药物的治疗效果,并最终导致耐药。了解ABC转运体的结构、功能以及与卵巢癌耐药和患者预后的关系,为卵巢癌患者的个体化治疗提供理论依据,这也成为目前研究卵巢癌耐药机制的热点。综述ABC转运体与卵巢癌耐药的关系以及相应的治疗策略。
Multidrug resistance (MDR) is an important issue in the chemotherapy of tumors and an important factor in the failure of clinical treatment. One of the mechanisms is the overexpression of ABC transporters. ABC transporters are widely expressed in a variety of tumor cells, it has been found that some ABC transporters through the drug efflux pump efflux of a variety of anti-cancer drugs, reducing the anti-cancer drug treatment, and eventually lead to drug resistance . To understand the structure and function of ABC transporters and the relationship between ABC transporters and drug resistance and prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer provide a theoretical basis for individualized treatment of patients with ovarian cancer, which has become the current focus of research on the mechanism of drug resistance in ovarian cancer. The relationship between ABC transporters and drug resistance in ovarian cancer and corresponding treatment strategies were summarized.
