根据农业部农垦局工业处的安排,在热带作物机械技术协会的支持下,由农业部热带作物机械质量监督检验测试中心于1995年7月18日～9月6日,对全国四个省(区)5个生产企业制造的热带作物机械产品进行了检测,现将检测结果公布如下:一、对主要生产热作机械的5个企业,共抽检热机产品8种、11批、28台(件)样机(样品).产品质量总合格率为90.9%,检验项目合格率为95.5%,其中,A类合格率为96.8%,B类合格率为95.5%,C类合格率为95%.二、按热作机械国际、行标和产品质量检测细则进行抽检测试,热机产品的生产率,一般比标准值高出1.5倍,且产量比较稳定;产品噪声较低;绉片机为69.5dB(A),锤磨机为83.11dB(A).辊筒、齿轮齿面硬度均达到
