本研究对7个赤霉病抗性不同小麦品种采用夹菌纸法进行了田间抗病性鉴定。研究了赤霉病菌粗毒素对抗、感品种小麦幼苗膜脂过氧化作用的影响。结果表明,粗毒素处理初期,抗病品种西农67能够防御膜脂过氧化,维持其细胞膜透性相对稳定;随着毒素作用时间的延长,抗、感品种小麦幼苗膜脂过氧化水平均增加,但西农67增加程度小于感病品种8433,西农67细胞膜受伤害也较轻。可见,在粗毒素作用下具有较强的抗膜脂过氧化能力,保护细胞膜免受伤害,可能是小麦品种抗赤霉病的机制之一。
In this study, seven wheat cultivars with different resistance to Fusarium head blight were identified by field test with the method of sandwich paper. The effects of crude toxin of Fusarium graminearum on membrane lipid peroxidation in wheat seedlings were studied. The results showed that in the early stage of crude toxin treatment, the resistant cultivar Xinong 67 could resist membrane lipid peroxidation and maintain its membrane permeability relatively stable. With the prolongation of toxin time, the membrane lipid peroxidation level of resistant and susceptible wheat seedlings increased , But the increase degree of Xixin 67 was less than the susceptible variety 8433, and the injury of Xixin 67 cell membrane was also lighter. Visible, under the action of the crude toxin has a strong anti-membrane lipid peroxidation ability to protect the cell membrane from injury, wheat may be one of the mechanisms of resistance to scab.
