应用光谱分析法测量激光焊接光致等离子体的温度场是激光焊接光致等离子体测量技术中的难点。采用基于快速傅里叶变换(FFT)和汉克耳变换的阿贝尔逆变换数值方法,研究出一种等离子体二维温度场分布的数据处理方法,并进行了计算精度分析。利用该数据处理方法,在取样点为41个的时候,得到的标准误差e大约为3.23×10-2。同时,进行了焊接试验,采用多通道光谱仪观测孔外光致等离子体,利用所提出的新方法实现了试验数据的处理,获得激光焊接孔外等离子体的温度场。计算得出的温度场呈相对于光束中心的四周低中间高的趋势。
The application of spectral analysis to measure the temperature field of laser welding of plasmas is a difficult point in laser welding photopherester measurement. An Abelian inverse numerical method based on Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and Hank’s transform was used to develop a data processing method of two-dimensional plasma field temperature distribution. The calculation precision was also analyzed. Using this data processing method, when the number of sampling points is 41, the standard error e obtained is about 3.23 × 10 -2. At the same time, the welding experiment was carried out, the photosynthetic plasma was observed by multi-channel spectrometer, the experimental data was processed by the proposed new method, and the temperature field of plasma outside the laser welding hole was obtained. The computed temperature field tends to be high relative to the lower center of the beam’s center.
