本文采用2—(3,5—二溴—2—吡啶偶氮)—5—二甲氨基苯酚的同系物吡啶偶氮化合物2—(3,5)—二溴—2—吡啶偶氮)—5—二乙氨基苯酚测定钒。 本试验着重研究了53种离子在比色体系中的可能影响,提出以CyDTA-NaF为掩蔽剂消除W、Mo、Sn、Fe及少量Cu、Cr、Ei和Ti的干扰。以碱熔分解地质样品,在碱性介质中可分离除去Bi、Ti和少量Cu,但不能除去Cr和一部分Cu。文献推荐的方法用于日常分析中手续较繁琐,本文使用硫酸肼在碱性介质中将它们还原至低价沉淀除去的方法收到较好的效果,分离后可直接在水相中进行光度测定。
In this paper, we used 2- (3,5) -dibromo-2-pyridylazo) -pyridine azo compounds of 2- (3,5-dibromo-2-pyridylazo) -5-dimethylaminophenol 5-Diethylaminophenol Determination of vanadium. In this study, the possible influence of 53 ions on the colorimetric system was studied emphatically. The interference of W, Mo, Sn, Fe and some Cu, Cr, Ei and Ti with CyDTA-NaF as masking agent was proposed. Geological samples can be decomposed by alkaline melting, and Bi, Ti and a small amount of Cu can be separated and removed in an alkaline medium, but Cr and a part of Cu can not be removed. The methods recommended by the literature are more cumbersome for routine analysis. In this paper, hydrazine sulfate is reduced to a low price in an alkaline medium to remove the precipitate received good results, the separation can be directly measured in the aqueous phase photometry .
