我厂生产一种8个头、45°螺旋角梯形螺旋孔的齿轮,见图1所示。梯形螺纹参数:头数8,螺旋升角45°,螺旋方向左,轴向齿距9.307,导程74 456,螺距累计误差0.05。 这种齿轮年需要量在五万件以上。加工梯形螺纹孔,一般常规是采用车床挑扣,需要进行八次分度,多次走刀,不仅生产效率低,而且很难保证大径尺寸的一致性和分度的准确。为了保证产品质量,满足成批生产的需要,我们决定采用拉削工艺。
I plant a 8 head, 45 helix angle spiral trapezoidal gear, shown in Figure 1. Trapezoidal thread parameters: the first 8, helix angle 45 °, left helical direction, the axial pitch 9.307, lead 74 456, the cumulative pitch error 0.05. This kind of gear needs more than 50,000 pieces annually. Trapezoidal thread hole processing, the general practice is to use the lathe buckle, need eight indexing, multiple passes, not only low production efficiency, and difficult to ensure the consistency of large diameter size and indexing accuracy. In order to ensure product quality, to meet the needs of mass production, we decided to use broaching process.
