目的通过了解医院病案质量上存在的问题,从管理方面寻找解决问题的对策。方法利用黑龙江省某三级甲等医院出院病历质量评价。结果运用卡方检验对四种方法的实施后的前后缺陷数进行比较。配对t检验、t检验:对四组病历前后分值通过配对t检验进行比较,并对有效的方法进行相互比较,找出最佳的病案质量控制方法。统计软件:SAS9.1。结论新型病历质量管理方法相对传统在病历质量管理中的应用可以促进医院质量管理的科学发展,有效地预防医疗纠纷,同时也可将此类方法运用到医院其他部门的科学管理中。
Objective To find out the solutions to the problems through understanding the problems existing in the quality of medical records in hospitals. Methods The quality evaluation of discharged medical records of a tertiary level Hospitals in Heilongjiang Province was used. Results The chi-square test was used to compare the number of defects before and after the implementation of the four methods. Paired t test and t test: The scores of the four groups of medical records were compared by paired t test, and the effective methods were compared with each other to find out the best method of quality control of medical records. Statistical software: SAS9.1. Conclusion The application of the new method of medical records quality management in medical records quality management can promote the scientific development of hospital quality management and prevent medical disputes effectively. At the same time, this method can also be applied to the scientific management of other departments of the hospital.
