目的:探讨藿香与陈皮不同比例合煎水提物对肢体缺血再灌注大鼠胃肠运动的改善作用。方法:利用肢体缺血再灌注大鼠制备胃肠动力障碍模型。同时ig给予藿香与陈皮不同比例合煎水提物,观察其对肢体缺血再灌注所致大鼠胃肠推进、胃肠激素异常的改善作用。结果:实验大鼠经肢体缺血再灌注后,造成胃肠运动减缓、胃动素及胃泌素分泌减少,藿香与陈皮不同比例合煎水提物能有效改善肢体缺血再灌注引起的大鼠胃肠推进的减缓(P<0.05)和胃泌素的下降(P<0.05)。结论:藿香与陈皮不同比例合煎水提物对肢体缺血再灌注所致大鼠胃肠动力障碍有明显的改善作用,其机制与改善胃肠推进、提高血清胃泌素水平有关。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different concentrations of combined extract of dried honeysuckle and dried tangerine peel on gastrointestinal motility in rats with limb ischemia-reperfusion. Methods: The model of gastrointestinal motility disorder was established by using limb ischemia-reperfusion rats. At the same time ig to give Huoxiang and dried tangerine peel in different proportions combined Jianshui extract observed limb ischemia-reperfusion-induced gastrointestinal propulsion, gastrointestinal hormone abnormalities. Results: After ischemia-reperfusion, the rats in experimental group had slowed down of gastrointestinal motility and reduced the secretion of motilin and gastrin. The different ratios of Agkistrodon walfylorrhiza and Citrus reticulatae combined with Jianshui extract could effectively alleviate the ischemia-reperfusion injury The slowing of gastrointestinal propulsion (P <0.05) and the decrease of gastrin in rats (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The different proportion of combined decoction of Agastache rugosa and Citrus rehmanniae could significantly improve gastrointestinal motility disorder induced by limb ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Its mechanism is related to improving gastrointestinal propulsion and increasing serum gastrin level.
