1病例报告患者男,70岁。因咳嗽服用苏黄止咳胶囊,每次3粒(0.45g/粒),每天3次。服药第2天晨起出现尿急、尿痛、尿频、尿潴留及下腹胀痛,遂来就诊。给予导尿,排出尿液约1000ml,留置尿管,上述症状缓解。行腹部超声和前列腺检查,除前列腺轻度肥大外未见异常。考虑为苏黄止咳胶囊所致。停服该药,24h后症状好转,排尿功能恢复正常。
1 case report patient male, 70 years old. Su Huang cough due to cough cough capsules, each 3 (0.45g / tablets), 3 times a day. On the morning of the second day of treatment, urinary urgency, dysuria, frequent urination, urinary retention and abdominal pain were observed.
