近10年来,我国高等职业教育得到了大力推进和快速发展,已成为高等教育的半壁江山。但高职院校在快速发展中仍然存在一系列亟待解决的问题,其中一个重要方面反映在专业建设上。提出高职院校应从以下几个方面加强专业建设:以市场需求为导向,合理设置专业;解放思想,不断推进教学改革;实行校企合作,推进产学研结合;加强师资队伍建设,提高师资素质;建立毕业生职业能力评价跟踪调查与信息反馈系统。
In the past 10 years, the higher vocational education in our country has been vigorously promoted and developed rapidly, becoming half of higher education. However, there are still a series of problems to be solved in the rapid development of higher vocational colleges. One of the important aspects is reflected in the professional construction. It puts forward that higher vocational colleges should strengthen professional construction from the following aspects: market demand oriented, professional setting rationally; emancipating the mind and promoting teaching reform ceaselessly; implementing school-enterprise cooperation and promoting the combination of production, study and research; strengthening the construction of teaching staff and improving the quality of teachers ; Establish graduates occupational ability evaluation tracking survey and information feedback system.
