目的探讨虎杖药材中蒽醌衍生物及其苷类成分测定。方法应用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-1%高氯酸水溶液(85∶15),检测波长:200 ng。结果芦荟大黄素经检测含量居较低水平,大黄素甲醚、大黄酸、大黄素含量较高,含蒽酯类成分状况在4批供试品中基本一致,总量约1.1%~2.8%。虎杖药材中,芦荟大黄素、大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素甲醚在水解后的样本含量均高于水解前。结论对虎杖药材中蒽醌衍生物及其苷类成分测定,结果准确,操作简便,可为质量控制提供保障。
Objective To investigate the determination of anthraquinone derivatives and their glycosides in Polygonum cuspidatum. Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% aqueous perchloric acid (85:15) and the detection wavelength was 200 ng. Results The content of aloe-emodin in the four batches of test products was basically the same, with the content of about 1.0% -2.8% . Polygonum cuspidatum, aloe-emodin, emodin, rhein, physcion after hydrolysis in the sample content were higher than before hydrolysis. Conclusions The determination of anthraquinone derivatives and their glycosides in Polygonum cuspidatum has the advantages of accurate results and simple operation, which can provide a guarantee for quality control.
