阅读是教师不断成长、不断学习获得知识的重要媒介,然而,调查问卷表明,在现实中教师阅读还存在着不少问题,如阅读目的不明确,阅读途径单一,阅读时间不够,阅读空间狭窄。解决以上问题的方法除教师自身要树立正确的阅读观之外,校长及学校应给予充分的重视与帮助,营造良好的阅读氛围,建立良性的激励机制来激发教师阅读性,尽量减轻教师额外任务,以保证教师的阅读时间,提高教师阅读层次,完善教师阅读渠道。
