随着我国法律制度的健全,人们的法制意识越来越强.医院是社会关注的焦点,护患关系处理不当,极易产生各种各样的矛盾,引发不必要的护患纠纷.现结合本人从事急诊工作20余年的体会,从护士角度谈谈急诊科如何预防护患纠纷的产生.
