采用TD盐浴技术在小型井式盐浴炉中对Cr12MoV钢分别进行了硼砂盐浴渗钛、铬钛共渗、铬钛复合渗处理。用XRD对渗层的物相进行鉴定,用OM和SEM分析渗层组织,用显微硬度计测试渗层的显微硬度。结果表明:经盐浴处理后,Cr12MoV钢表面可以得到厚的渗层,硬度显著提高,硬度梯度不大。铬钛共渗和铬钛复合渗能得到少量不连续的Ti C覆层,而渗钛工艺只能得到渗硼覆层。
TD salt bath technology was used to treat Cr12MoV steel in a small well-type salt-bath furnace with borax salt bath perovskite, chromium-titanium-co-infiltration and chromium-titanium composite infiltrating respectively. XRD was used to identify the phase of the layer, OM and SEM were used to analyze the layer structure, and the microhardness of the layer was tested with a microhardness tester. The results show that after salt bath treatment, the Cr12MoV steel can get a thick layer on the surface of the steel, the hardness increases obviously and the hardness gradient is not big. Chromitanium and chromium-titanium composite infiltration can get a small amount of discontinuous Ti C coating, and titanium coating process can only be boronized coating.
