电力是推动社会发展的重要力量,和人们的生活息息相关,社会的发展使人们对电力的需求不断增加。电力企业对整个社会电力的供应质量有很大的影响,其中,电力企业内部员工的绩效考核对电力企业的效率有很大影响。本文主要基于工作分析,对电力企业员工绩效考核的流程进行详细地分析,以便促进我国电力行业的发展。
Electricity is an important force for promoting social development and is closely related to people’s lives. The development of society has made people’s demand for electricity continuously increasing. Power companies have great influence on the quality of power supply of the entire society. Among them, the performance evaluation of employees in power companies has a great impact on the efficiency of power companies. Based on job analysis, this paper analyzes in detail the process of employee performance appraisal in power enterprises in order to promote the development of China’s power industry.
