目的 探讨保存人羊膜移植在眼表疾病中治疗作用。方法 采用保存人羊膜或联合角膜缘上皮移植治疗复杂眼表疾病 ,并进行随访。结果 随访 3～ 2 8月 ,72眼单纯翼状胬肉 ,复发率 8%。化学伤、角膜溃疡均获治愈 ,视力明显提高。结论 该术式能修复角膜缘缺损 ,改善角膜缘基质 ,从而阻止新生血管及假性胬肉生长 ,利于眼表重建。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of preservative amniotic membrane transplantation in ocular surface disease. Methods Preserved human amniotic membrane or conjunctival epithelial transplantation for complex ocular surface disease and follow-up. Results All the patients were followed up for 3 ~ 28 months, 72 eyes were simple pterygium, the recurrence rate was 8%. Chemical injuries, corneal ulcers were cured, visual acuity was significantly improved. Conclusion The operation can repair limbal defect, improve the limbal stromal matrix, thereby preventing the growth of neovascularization and false pterygium, which will benefit the ocular surface reconstruction.
