目的:了解深圳市社区居民对乳腺癌的知识、态度和行为状况,评价对社区居民进行乳腺癌健康教育的远期效果。方法:采取整群抽样法对深圳市福田社区的18～70岁居民855人在健康教育干预前后进行2次问卷调查。结果:居民乳腺癌相关知识普遍来源于大众传媒,居民知晓率随着健康教育次数增多而提高,受教育程度越高,问卷回答正确率越高。采取健康教育干预后居民对乳腺癌一般知识、乳腺自我检查行为及对乳腺癌疾病态度比干预前得到了显著的提高和改善(P<0.05)。结论:采取形式多样的乳腺癌健康教育有助于在社区居民中普及乳腺癌知识。应坚持不懈的深入基层开展健康教育工作,同时在工作中发现问题,积累经验,使健康教育工作得到更科学有效的开展。
Objective: To understand the community residents in Shenzhen knowledge, attitude and behavior of breast cancer, evaluate the long-term effect of community health education of breast cancer. Methods: A total of 855 residents aged 18-70 years in Futian Community of Shenzhen City were enrolled in the study by cluster sampling method. Two questionnaires were conducted before and after health education intervention. Results: Residents knowledge of breast cancer generally come from the mass media, residents’ awareness rate increased with the number of health education increased, the higher the level of education, the higher the correct rate of questionnaire answers. After taking health education intervention, residents had a marked improvement and improvement on general knowledge of breast cancer, breast self-examination behavior and attitude toward breast cancer (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Taking diverse forms of breast cancer health education can help popularize breast cancer knowledge among community residents. We should unswervingly conduct in-depth health education at the grass-roots level while discovering problems in our work and gaining experience so that health education can be carried out more scientifically and effectively.
