气阀是活塞式压缩机最重要的部件之一,它能否正常地动作,关系到整个机器运转的经济性与可靠性。合理的气阀结构可以降低压缩机克服气阀阻力的功率消耗(对一般压缩机来说,这部分功率佔整个压缩机功率的5-20%),可以增加打气量,可以提高气阀的使用寿命。 气阀的工作状况是同许多因素有关的,其中同压缩机的转速更有极其密切的联系。 一九五八年以来,我国许多化肥厂,为增加产量,采取了一系列新措施。在可能范围内提高压缩机转速也是其中较为重大措施之一。目前,许多厂的红旗牌压缩机与5Г循环机都由原设计的125转/分提高到150转/分,大型压缩机1Г266也正在进行加转试验。压缩机适当地加转是在不增加设备的前提下,大幅度提高产量的成功经验之一。
