<正> 随着介入性诊断技术在心血管病的广泛应用,介入性治疗技术也得到很快发展。我科自1987年以来先后开展了经皮冠状动脉内溶栓术(8例),经皮球囊肺动脉瓣成形术(15例),经皮球囊二尖瓣成形木(16例),经皮动脉导管未闭栓塞术(5例)以及经皮肺动静脉瘘栓塞术(2例),现综合报道如下.临床资料1.急性心肌梗塞组8例。男7例,女1例,年龄40～67岁。发病至开始冠状动脉内溶栓时间210～330分。6例冠状动脉造影所见均显示左冠脉前降支血
