企业创新方面(A):人才储备情况、人力资本投资率、企业对创新的看法等三个方面。之所以选择这三个指标,是因为企业的创新主要依靠人的力量,只有充分发挥人的潜力,企业才能做出真正的创新。而这有需要较高的人的素质,所以我们要确定企业中人才的储备情况,以及且在人力资本方面的投资情况。当然,只有企业内部的员工对所做出的创新有一个共同的认可,企业的创新才能得以真正的实现,因此又提出企业对创新的看法这一指标。
In terms of enterprise innovation (A): three aspects of talent reserves, investment rate of human capital, and corporate perspectives on innovation. The reason why these three indicators are chosen is because the innovation of a company mainly depends on the strength of people. Only by giving full play to human potential can companies make real innovations. This requires a higher quality of people, so we must determine the reserve of talent in the enterprise and the investment in human capital. Of course, only the internal employees of the company have a common recognition for the innovations they have made, and the company’s innovation ability can be truly realized. Therefore, the indicator of the company’s view of innovation is also proposed.
