目的分析2008年合肥市医疗机构消毒效果,为预防医院内感染提供依据。方法合肥市及所属县、区疾病预防控制中心对辖区内医疗机构消毒效果进行监测,操作及判定标准均按《消毒技术规范》及《医院消毒卫生标准》进行。结果共监测了1 105家医疗机构的6 409份样品,总合格率为82.4%,各监测项目的合格率,内窥镜为95.3%,无菌物品92.6%,使用中消毒液89.5%,灭菌器85.1%,紫外线灯强度83.5%;医护人员手、物体表面和室内空气的合格率相对较低,分别为73.2%、72.1%和67.3%;各类医疗机构中,市级以上合格率高于县区级,乡、村级医疗机构合格率普遍较低。结论整体合格率偏低,尤其是无菌物品、灭菌器等关键项目合格率未达100%,存在安全隐患,应引起医疗机构和相关部门的高度重视。乡镇级以下基层医疗机构是今后监测与技术指导的重点。
Objective To analyze the disinfection effect of medical institutions in Hefei in 2008 and provide the basis for prevention of nosocomial infections. Methods Hefei City and its affiliated county / district CDC monitored the disinfection effect of medical institutions in the area under the “Disinfection Technical Specification” and “Hospital Disinfection and Sanitation Standards”. Results A total of 6 409 samples from 1 105 medical institutions were monitored with a total pass rate of 82.4%. The pass rate of each monitoring item was 95.3% for endoscopes, 92.6% for aseptic products, 89.5% for disinfectants used, 85.1% of mycotoxins and 83.5% of UV light intensity. The passing rates of the hands of medical staff, the surface of objects and indoor air were relatively low, which were 73.2%, 72.1% and 67.3% respectively. Among all kinds of medical institutions, the passing rate above the municipal level was high At the county level, township, village medical institutions generally low pass rate. Conclusion The overall pass rate is low, especially the pass rate of key items such as sterilized articles and sterilizers is less than 100%, which poses a potential safety hazard and should be highly regarded by medical institutions and relevant departments. Grass-roots medical institutions below township level are the focus of future monitoring and technical guidance.
