本文在总结国内学者对人力资源管理外包研究成果的基础上,辨析了与人力资源管理外包相关的几个重要概念和理论基础,建立和分析了人力资源管理外包的驱动力及影响因素的框架及关系模型,简述了其今后的发展趋势,以期为我国企业的发展提供借鉴。
Based on the domestic scholars’ achievements in human resource management outsourcing research, this paper analyzes several important concepts and theoretical bases related to human resource management outsourcing, and establishes and analyzes the framework of the driving forces and influencing factors of human resource management outsourcing Relationship model, briefly describes its future development trend, with a view to provide reference for the development of Chinese enterprises.
