自去年6月开展量刑规范化试点工作以来,白云区法院高度重视,精心组织,稳步推进各项工作。共审结刑事案件2857件,结案率达98.7%;适用量刑审理程序
Since June last year, the standardization of sentencing carried out pilot work, Baiyun District Court attaches great importance to carefully organize and steadily promote the work. A total of 2857 criminal cases were concluded, with a closing rate of 98.7%. The sentencing procedure was applied
