近年来,随着大学扩招和各类高职学校办学规模的不断扩大,大学教育从精英教育逐步转变为大众教育,许多高职学校生源素质呈现下降趋势。高职学生英语基础普遍薄弱且差异较大,为了提高教学效果,分层教学成为一种必然的选择。本文在高职英语教学现状的背景下,介绍了分层教学的含义和主要形式,并结合作者所在学院高职高专英语分层教学改革的实际情况,在分析了分层教学的前提条件后,从教学目标的确定、教学内容的选择、教学方法的实施、教学活动的“分层互动”、分层教学效果的检测和评估等方面详细地探讨了分层教学的策略实施。
In recent years, with the expansion of university enrollment and the expansion of the scale of running higher vocational schools, the gradual transformation of elite education from elite education to mass education has shown a downward trend in many higher vocational schools. Vocational students generally weak English basis and the difference is large, in order to improve the teaching effectiveness, teaching in different levels has become an inevitable choice. This article introduces the meaning and main forms of the layered teaching under the background of the current situation of the English teaching in higher vocational colleges. Combined with the actual situation of the English stratification teaching reform in the higher vocational college of the author, after analyzing the preconditions of the hierarchical teaching , This article discusses in detail the strategy implementation of the layered teaching from the aspects of the determination of the teaching goal, the choice of the teaching content, the implementation of the teaching method, the “layered interaction” of teaching activities, the detection and evaluation of the layered teaching effect.
