(一)前言由于活塞头和活塞裙之间的螺栓连接是组合活塞设计中主要问题之一,因此组合活塞的螺栓连接及其锁紧装置的整个设计需要给于特别注意。连接螺栓不仅受活塞头交变惯性力和气体压力的作用,而且主要还受到因螺栓、铝裙热胀造成的热胀应力以及活塞头热翘曲产生的附加弯曲应力的作用。由于组合活塞螺栓的损坏主要是由热应力引起的,因此特别要注意研究降低螺栓热胀应力的各种途径,这对保证螺栓连接的安全可靠将是很有意义的。
