目的:建立一种同时测定复方丹参降浊丸中丹参酮ⅡA及丹酚酸B的方法。方法:色谱柱Agilent TC-C18(2)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.5%甲酸水梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长268 nm。结果:丹参酮ⅡA及丹酚酸B分别在0.007~0.084μg,0.071 5~1.001μg内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率分别为100.9%(RSD 1.81%),101.4%(RSD1.55%)。结论:该方法可以快速准确同时测定复方丹参降浊丸中丹参酮ⅡA及丹酚酸B含量。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A and salvianolic acid B in Fufang Danshen Jiangzhuo Pills. METHODS: The column was eluted with a gradient of Agilent-TC18 (2) (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and methanol-0.5% formic acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 268 nm. Results: Tanshinone ⅡA and Salvianolic acid B showed good linearity in the range of 0.007-0.0884 μg and 0.071 5-1.001 μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 100.9% (RSD 1.81%) and 101.4% (RSD 1.55%), respectively. Conclusion: This method can quickly and accurately determine the content of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Fufang Danshen Jiangzhuo pill.
