在实验的基础上,应用故障树分析原理,对γ-Al_2O_3涂层制备过程中的影响因素进行了严密的逻辑分析,建立了相应的故障树。应用布尔代数原理计算得出影响涂层比表面积及晶型的13个基本事件。详尽讨论了这13个基本事件对涂层性能的影响原因。结果表明温度、恒温时间、添加剂的种类及用量等对γ-Al_2O_3涂层的比表面积及晶型的影响最大;应用FTA法能有效地分析γ-Al_2O_3涂层制备过程的影响因素。
Based on the experiment, the fault tree analysis principle is applied to analyze the influential factors in the preparation process of γ-Al_2O_3 coating, and the corresponding fault tree is established. Applying the Boolean algebraic principle to calculate the 13 basic events affecting the specific surface area and the crystalline form of the coating. Discussed in detail the impact of these 13 basic events on the coating performance. The results showed that the temperature, the time of constant temperature, the type and amount of additives, etc. Have the greatest influence on the specific surface area and the crystalline form of γ-Al 2 O 3 coating. The FTA method can effectively analyze the influencing factors of γ-Al 2 O 3 coating preparation.
