为解决城市快速路出口匝道及其衔接交叉口区域交通拥堵局面,提出了快速路出口匝道下游信号交叉口配时模糊控制方法.设计了相位绿灯延时模糊控制器和相序优化模糊控制器,实现了信号交叉口各相位绿灯时间的优化及相序的优选.结合MATLAB语言对该方法进行了程序设计与仿真.仿真结果表明:该方法在控制效果方面明显优于定时控制方案,有效地缓解或减少了出口匝道及其衔接下游交叉口区域由于配时不合理而造成的交通拥堵.该成果可为交通控制或指挥管理部门在交通拥堵治理方面提供有效的控制方案与手段.
In order to solve the traffic jam of the urban expressway exit ramp and its intersection intersection area, a fuzzy control method of timing signal at the signalized intersection at the downstream of the expressway exit ramp is proposed.The phase green delay fuzzy controller and phase sequence optimization fuzzy controller are designed, The optimization of the green light time and the optimization of the phase sequence are realized at the signalized intersection.The programming and simulation of this method are carried out with MATLAB language.The simulation results show that this method is obviously superior to the timing control scheme in terms of control effect and effectively mitigates Or reducing traffic jams caused by unreasonable timing in the exit ramp and its junction with the downstream intersection area, which can provide an effective control scheme and means for traffic control or command management in traffic congestion control.
