目的 :观察槟榔对功能性消化不良 (FD)模型大鼠胃平滑肌运动的影响。方法 :夹尾刺激复制 FD模型 ,采用应变片传感器整体记录方法 ,测定 FD模型大鼠胃运动并与正常对照鼠比较 ,以鉴定模型的合理性 ;测定高浓度槟榔煎液 (10 0 % )和低浓度槟榔煎液 (2 5 % )对 FD模型大鼠胃运动振幅和频率的影响。结果 :模型组大鼠空腹和灌注 0 .85 %氯化钠溶液后与对照组比较 ,胃运动频率明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,振幅减弱 (P <0 .0 5 )。两种浓度槟榔煎液均可显著增强 FD大鼠胃收缩振幅指数 ,而对 FD大鼠胃运动频率无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :造模符合FD病理生理特点 ;槟榔有显著的促 FD大鼠胃平滑肌收缩的作用 ,主要增强收缩振幅
Objective : To observe the effect of betel nut on the movement of gastric smooth muscle in functional dyspepsia (FD) model rats. METHODS: The FD model was replicated by tail-clamping stimulation. The overall recording method of the strain gauge sensor was used to determine the gastric motility of the FD model rats and compared with normal control mice to identify the rationality of the model. The high-concentration betel nut decoction (100%) was measured and determined. Effect of low concentration betel nut decoction (25%) on amplitude and frequency of gastric movement in FD model rats. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the stomach movement frequency of the model group was significantly decreased (P < 0.01) and the amplitude was decreased (P <0.05) after fasting and perfusion of 0.85% sodium chloride solution in the model group. Both concentrations of betel nut decoction significantly increased the gastric contraction amplitude index of FD rats, but had no significant effect on the frequency of gastric exercise in FD rats (P > 0.05). Conclusion : The model conforms to the pathophysiological characteristics of FD; betel nut has a significant role in promoting the contraction of gastric smooth muscle in FD rats, which mainly enhances the amplitude of contraction.
