系统效能是指在规定时间和条件下,满足特定任务要求的程度。目前许多机构对系统效能评估方法展开了深入研究,并取得了一定的研究成果。在简要介绍系统效能评估的基础上,重点综述了几种经典的和一些新兴的系统效能评估方法,如层次分析法AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)、ADC(Availability Dependability Capacity)分析法、系统效能分析法SEA(System Effectiveness Analysis)和支持向量机评估法;阐述的内容包括方法的基本思想、主要步骤、应用场景、研究进展及其相应的改进,分析了每种方法的优势与不足,以及应用中需注意的问题,对后期如何进行效能评估以及采用何种效能评估方法具有一定的指导作用。
System effectiveness refers to the degree of satisfaction of a particular mission’s requirements under specified time and conditions. At present, many agencies carry out an in-depth study of the system effectiveness assessment method and have achieved certain research results. Based on the brief introduction of system performance evaluation, several classical and some emerging system performance evaluation methods are reviewed, such as Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Availability Dependency Capacity (ADC), System Effectiveness Analysis SEA (System Effectiveness Analysis) and support vector machine (SVM) evaluation method. The contents of this paper include the basic ideas, main steps, application scenarios, research progress and corresponding improvements of each method. The advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed, Attention should be paid on how to evaluate the efficiency and which effectiveness evaluation method should be used later.
