一、自动升降钻架过去我们在竖、放XJ-100型钻机的钻架时,一般须用8~9人,操作很不灵便,既费时又费力,略不注意还会发生事故。在兄弟单位先进经验的启发下,我们利用钻机原有卷扬设备,并特制了一种丁字形滑轮架装置(见图1),实现了自动升降钻架的目的。其主要原理是,利用定向滑轮改变钢丝绳的方向,即将卷筒上的钢丝绳通过导向滑轮和挑杆滑轮,再引到钻架主滑轮上,钢丝绳的另一头固定于机座架下,形成一个绕组,
1. Automatic Lifting Drilling Rig In the past, when we put the XJ-100 drilling rig on a vertical stand, 8 to 9 people are generally required. The operation is very inconvenient. It is both time-consuming and labor-intensive, and slight accidents can occur. Inspired by the advanced experience of the fraternal unit, we used the original hoisting equipment of the drilling rig and specially designed a T-shaped pulley pylon device (see Figure 1) to achieve the purpose of automatically lifting the derrick. The main principle is to use directional pulleys to change the direction of the wire rope, that is, the wire rope on the reel is passed through the guide pulley and the pick-up pulley, and then lead to the main pulley of the derrick. The other end of the wire rope is fixed under the base frame to form a winding. ,
