目的 :调查空调隔尘网表面真菌孳生情况。方法 :棉拭法采集空调隔尘网表面积尘 ,普通营养琼脂培养 ,乳酸酚棉兰染色法鉴定菌种。结果 :5 3 .61% (965 /180 0 )标本培养出真菌 ,学校、饭店、娱乐场所和医院的空调隔尘网表面积尘标本真菌培养阳性率分别为 3 6.0 9% (166/4 60 )、 73 .93 % (4 14 /5 60 )、 77.14 % (2 70 /3 5 0 )、 2 6.74% (115 /4 3 0 ) ,差异具显著性 (χ2 =3 5 2 .49,P<0 .0 0 1) ;共检出真菌 2 2种 ,以黑粉霉 2 6.2 8% (4 73 /180 0 )、青霉2 0 .83 % (3 75 /180 0 )、交链孢霉 19.89(3 5 8/180 0 )、曲霉 14 .72 % (2 65 /180 0 )、毛霉 13 .5 65 (2 44 /180 0 )、芽枝霉 13 .44 % (2 42 /180 0 )占优势。结论 :空调隔尘网表面真菌孳生情况严重 ,且不同场所真菌孳生率有所差异。孳生真菌可危害空调室内人体健康 ,应引起人们重视
Purpose: To investigate the fungal breeding on the surface of air conditioning dust filter. METHODS: Cotton swabs were used to collect the dust on the surface of air-conditioning dust net, ordinary nutrition agar culture and lactic acid phenol-Medan staining to identify the bacteria. Results: The positive rates of fungi culture on the surface of air-condition dust-proof net in fungi, schools, hotels, entertainment venues and hospitals were 53.06% (166/460) in 53.61% (965/180 0) , 73.93% (4 14/560), 77.14% (2 70/350) and 2 6.74% (115/430) respectively, the difference was significant (χ2 = 3242.49, P < 0 2 0 0 1). Two kinds of fungi were detected in this study. The results showed that there were 2 fungi, 2 6.28% (4 73/180 0), 2 0 83% (3 75/180 0) 19.89 (35 8/180 0), Aspergillus 14 .72% (2 65/180 0), Mucor 13.13 65 (2 44/180 0), 13.44% (2 42/180 0) ) Is dominant. Conclusion: The surface of air-conditioning filter dust is seriously affected by fungi, and the breeding rates of fungi in different places are different. Breeding fungi can endanger the health of indoor air-conditioned, should cause people’s attention
