目的:探讨益胃汤延缓初老大鼠卵巢机能衰老的机制。方法:4~6月龄雌性大鼠为正常对照组;10~12月龄,阴道细胞学表现动情期延长的雌性大鼠作为初老大鼠模型。模型动物随机分为:益胃汤高剂量组,益胃汤中剂量组,益胃汤低剂量组,己烯雌酚组,模型对照组,六味地黄丸组。灌药4周后,断头处死,取右侧卵巢用于RT-PCR测卵巢抑制素α亚基mRNA的表达。结果:益胃汤高、中、低剂量组与模型对照组比较,均使卵巢抑制素α亚基mRNA表达增加。结论:益胃汤具有增加卵巢抑制素的分泌的作用,这可能是其延缓卵巢机能衰老的机制之一。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Yiwei Decoction in delaying the senility of ovaries of the aged rats. Methods: Female rats aged 4-6 months were normal controls; female rats aged 10-12 months of age whose vaginal cytology showed prolonged estrus were used as an initial rat model. Model animals were randomly divided into high-dose Yiweitang group, medium-dose Yiweitang group, low-dose Yiweitang group, diethylstilbestrol group, model control group, and Liuwei Dihuang Wan group. Four weeks after dosing, the rats were decapitated and the right ovary was used for RT-PCR to measure the expression of ovarianin α mRNA. RESULTS: Compared with the model control group, the high, middle and low doses of Yiwei Decoction all increased the mRNA expression of ovarian inhibin α subunit. Conclusion: Yiwei Decoction has the effect of increasing the secretion of ovarian inhibin, which may be one of the mechanisms that delay the aging of ovarian function.
