为探讨工业毒物与肝脏混合功能氧化酶(MFO)的相互影响规律,从中寻找对人体影响的监测依据,进行了实验研究与现场研究。结果发现:在各种实验染毒条件下,不同毒物可导致MFO活力的多样化改变:诱导或抑制、单相或双相反应等,毒物毒性可随之改变;MFO还参与多种毒物代谢,与多种肝毒机制有关,如脂质过氧化作用、肾上腺皮质功能改变及肝细胞大分子共价结合作用等,其中人体MFO对毒物的反应规律,有望提供肝脏毒物对人体影响的监测指标。
In order to explore the interaction between industrial toxicants and hepatic mixed-function oxidase (MFO), and to find the basis for the monitoring of the impact on human body, experimental studies and field studies were conducted. The results showed that under different experimental conditions, different toxicants could lead to the diversification of MFO activity: inducing or inhibiting, single phase or biphasic reaction, the toxicity of toxicants could be changed; MFO was also involved in a variety of toxic metabolites, And a variety of hepatotoxic mechanisms, such as lipid peroxidation, changes in adrenal cortex and covalent binding of hepatocytes, etc., of which human MFO response to toxic substances, is expected to provide indicators of liver toxic effects on the human body monitoring.
