新课改理念的关键是教师是在课堂教学中角色的转变,把课堂还给学生,让学生学会探究、学会交流、学会合作,从做中学,真正做到让学生自主学习,体现了学生在课堂中的主体地位。在这种新理念下,教师得以从传统的课堂教学中解放出来。从表面上看,教师在课堂教学中的地位和作用发生了改变,得到了真正的“解放”。事实上并非如此,课堂内的解放是课堂外大量的准备工作。教师在新课改理念中的地位非但没有减轻,反而显得更加重要。笔者将在此把新课改理念的各个环节中教师的作用做详细阐述。
